The North Course is still under construction, but the front 9 is open. The redesign doesn’t stray too far from the original layout, but the holes are unrecognizable. Wide open fairways greet players, but they are so wildly undulating that they will be celebrating every time they have a standard lie. The course doesn’t have many overt obstacles to contend with, but the wind and firm rolling fairways should cause longer hitters to reconsider a smash and hack approach. The course also features deep pot bunkers, and ending up in one can spell disaster.
Front 9 Open
Walking only (push cards permissible)
The North Course draws inspiration from turn-of-the-century Golden Age golf course design in Great Britain and the United States. With extensive contours and thoughtful shaping, the design features rolling hills, wide fairways, and large greens, allowing many opportunities for creative play and quality challenges.
With a focus on responsible environmental stewardship, the North Course is currently undergoing a complete redesign and renovation, enhancing many of the innovations pioneered on the Corica Park South Course to reduce carbon footprint and nurture biodiversity.
Construction on the back 9 scheduled for completion in mid-2024.
