Hole 2 Discussion

The second hole also prioritizes positioning. There are two relatively flat landing zones a bit center-left off the tee, one for longer hitters and one for shorter.

Those playing for the green in two need to be very keen on the pin position, as the green runs off on three sides. If the player attempts to the bunker out of play, they may easily run off the green.

Those playing to the green in three should note the flat approach zone about 80 yards out on the left side. This area leaves a easy pitch in, and gives the ideal angle to the green.

Front pin positions here should be feared, as players need to stay below the hole (especially with putt from the right side). Pin positions back-right should also be noted as dangerous, as the areas behind and right of the hole will slope off the green. Many pin positions here can be close enough to slopes to make running off the green on a missed putt relatively easy.
