The eighth hole is a short par 4, with a severely guarded green. The tee shot is semi-blind, and the fairway runs away from the green. Length off the tee will be rewarded for the approach angle, but the green is elevated above the fairway.
The slope of the green is complex. On the approach shot, it should generally run left-to-right. This complex green rewards tight approach shots, and will punish anything that ends up in a bunker.
