Hole 4 Discussion

The fourth hole really brings subtle strategies. The tee shot plays over a large gully. The most obvious concern is the OB along the left side, but players who want the best look at the green will want to play to this side of the fairway short of the left-side bunker. The other option is, if the player can clear the right-side fairway bunker, to simply to hit it as far as possible down the right side, which should leave a short wedge in over the greenside bunker.

The approach straightforward as the green slopes generally back-right to front-left. The one notable aspect to the green is a large hump in the green on the left side. If the pin position is short right, this hump can be used as a back stop, but ending up on the wrong side of this feature will lead to a very challenging putt.
