Hole 8 Discussion

The 8th hole is very different depending where the tees are set. There are tees set one each side of the previous green.

Playing from the left tees, the shot is about getting the ball high, and over the front bunkers (from this angle). Getting the right distance here is key, and players can bail out long right fairly easily. A fade is likely the ideal shot, as this should take the back bunker out of play on a long miss.

Playing from the right tees, drawing the ball around the front-left bunkers (from this angle) can allow much more aggressive play. The back bunker comes much more into play here, as a long miss could easily end up here.
