Easily drivable Par 4s, no Par 5s, and flat-looking greens trick the mind into thinking the course is easy.

  • A first time player will likely score well on the short and straight Par4 Hole 1. Everyone can par this hole, most can easily birdie it, and long hitters will have eagle putts. A nice way to start a round for sure.

  • The even shorter Par4 Hole 2 looks like an easy birdie, if not eagle, from the teebox. The green is smaller than it looks though, and going long will likely lose you a golf ball and your hopes of a record round along with it.

  • Hole 3 is the longest on the course. It has a split fairway and long hitters will not see their landing spot. Another green you do not want to be long on, you don't even want to be above the hole. The slope from front to back is severe.

  • Hole 4 is another short Par4, but it's protects itself with a huge tree taking up most of the fairway halfway between the tee and the green.

  • Hole 5 is the first Par3, it is almost a copy of Number 2, but a little shorter and without any of the OB danger.

  • Hole 6 is a wide open Par4. The fairway sloughs off on both sides makes for some frustrating rollouts. The biggest green on the course means you can still get on in two even if your drive rolled down a 30 foot hill.

  • Hole 7 is a longer version of Number 1.

  • Hole 8 is something to be experienced. A short Par3, just 145yards to the middle of the green. But you need to hit the back 1/3 of the green, and you better not have backspin. The slope is so severe that it's really only 1/3 as big as it looks. The front 2/3s will not hold a golf ball, it's a cruel joke of a false front.

  • Hole 9 is only 10 yards longer than number 8, but you can't see the surface of the green from the box as it's above your head.
