San Gabriel’s compact, level terrain makes for an ideal walking course. The grounds are graced by roughly 1,000 trees including several 200 year old oaks that adorned the property when it was still part of the Mission San Gabriel. The course’s natural beauty is enhanced by a variety of flowering trees including albizia, magnolia, acacia, chorisia and jacaranda. All is framed by spectacular views of the San Gabriel Mountains.
