#12 is a downhill par 4. The tee shot is placed to fairway that slopes left-to-right, there is a red penalty area along the left side, and out-of-bounds short-right. Shots played to the center should roll out well, past the slight dogleg players need to reach to get a good look at the green.

The approach plays over a ditch, however this ditch is not part of the penalty area, and can be played through.

The green here is generally welcoming. The dangerous areas are the false front, where the bunker cuts into the green, and the far left side, which can run off. Aside from that, there are helpful ridges along the sides of the green.
