Hole 9 is straight, narrow, and long for a par 3. A slight miss in either direction may end up in the greenside bunkers, a bigger miss may go OB; not much to it other than that.
The green is two-tiered with the upper tier in the back, though the separation between them is small and the lower tier is much larger. Each tier is fairly flat, so ending up on the one where the pin is placed will give a much greater chance at making par.
