On September 14, 2022, the Montebello City Council unanimously voted in favor of funding the Montebello Golf Course Improvement Project which will enhance the design, architecture, and functionality of the current golf course. The project will re-invent over 72 acres of the existing public golf course and expand hours of operation. The renovations are projected to be complete by May 2024.
