The ninth is a par four that offers options off the tee. Longer hitters can try to clear the left-side bunkers for some rollout and a better angle at the green. Players playing it safe can keep the ball right and play a cut into the green. Any error in these two shots, though, will bring a set of fairway bunkers into play.

The approach shot will depend on position and the trees on the right will likely box some imperfect tee shots out. The greenside bunkers need to be avoided at all cost, and missing the green right is also quite dangerous as the grass is cut short down to the tenth tees, and the ball will likely run out.
