Players at the sixth hole will benefit from experience. The hole is extremely strategic. The tee shot plays downhill to a landing zone between an angled ridge about 250 yards from the green, to another ridge about 190 yards to the green, at a near perpendicular angle. This landing zone is short of blind bunkers on the left side.
The tee shot is semi-blind, and many areas of the fairway will be semi-blind to the green.
The green here has two tiers, with a dramatic slope between them. It is very important to land on the correct tier for any chance at birdie, or even par.
