Hole 11 Discussion

11 is a short par 5. The tee shot plays over the large gap players will face on #13. Tee shots will be tested by the fairway bunker on the right. Playing over this bunker will shorten the hole significantly, but the fairway kicks left-to-right.

Longer players should be able to get home in 2 here, but the height of the grass and sand bunker further down the fairway will likely obscure the green. A standard fade into the green here should play to the slope of the green, which is generally back-right to front-left.

Those playing in 3 will have a similar challenge to #9. There is no clear landing zone for an approach, as the fairway narrows and slopes even more strongly left-to-right. Play it long and get close, or run it up short and have an easy wedge in.

The main concern is a right-side green, which can be on a separate tier, and can make putts more complicated.
