Opened almost 100 years ago in 1924, Lakeside Golf Club is Hollywood’s home course and Features Max Behr’s masterwork as its’ centerpiece. In 1933, famed golf architect Dr. Alister MacKenzie, whose designs include Augusta National and Cypress Point, described Lakeside “as one of the world’s greatest golf courses” and the “best” course in Southern California. Golf greats, screen legends and so many great amateurs have enjoyed and spent their days enjoying the Lakeside experience.
