The first tee shot plays out over a small ridge. If the pin is front or right, the player can play the shot they are most comfortable with, however if the pin is tucked on the left, the hole favors the right side. The right side of the fairway brings lots of risk for an overfaded shot, however. There is OB on the left, but most mishits won’t reach it.
The approach is straightforward from most positions, but there is a ridge at about 150 yards out that may give players some concerns.
The green funnels down to the front. The back left pin will be the most challenging, but the front pin will be extremely challenging if players end up will above the hole. In that case the percentage shot may be to play short of the green.
