Running on the Aberdeen beach front, golf has been played in this area since 1661.
Set between the city and the sea and using the natural undulating terrain of the dunes, along with the varying wind conditions, Kings Links offers an enjoyable challenge for golfers keen to experience authentic links golf.
The current Kings Links course was laid out in 1872 and it is a classic links course so characteristic of Scotland’s east coast. Think big dunes, very quick greens and lots of bunkers. Described as “golf in the raw”, watch out if the wind is blowing! At 6442 yards Par 71, with four par 5s and five par 3s the course has great variation.
