The fourteenth hole is a slight downhill tree lined par four that doglegs sharply from right to left. Longer players will have two options off the tee: take less than driver to avoid the woods beyond the fairway, or attempt to clear the treeline on the left, cutting the dogleg and leaving a short pitch to the green. The latter is very risky, given the height of the pine trees and the density of the woods. The approach shot will play downhill to a deep green that slopes from front left to back right protected by bunkers left and front right. Coming up short is the better miss, as players will be left with a simple bump and run, while balls going off the back will find themselves in thick rough, several feet below green level.
