On the outskirts of greater Rotterdam on the century-old 's-Gravenweg lies the Capelse Golfclub (founded in 1977). An oasis of tranquility between the hustle and bustle of the urban area and the Green Heart where Donald Harradine designed the beautiful varied 18-hole Park Course (A-Status). The course offers exciting challenges for the better player and an enjoyable varied layout for the recreational golfer. The course record, held for many years by Joost Luiten, has been held by Darius van Driel with 63 strokes since 2012.
