One of Swedens best golf courses
The natural environment contrasts that of the Stadium Course as there is less wind and water, but more trees, smaller and tougher bunkers and narrower fairways. The Castle Course doesn’t feature black tees and is therefore a shorter test than its sister course.
In 2012, in-line with a vision for perfection and world class golf, the Castle Course underwent development to increase the standard further. In its short life the course has begun to develop a very unique character; the run-off areas and rough have matured and are reminiscent of links courses you’d usually find on the east coast of Scotland. And although none of the holes run along the shores of Lake Mälaren, there are emerald green playing surfaces and roughs of golden fescue to evoke the senses and compliment the beauty of the stunning landscape.
