17 is a downhill dog leg left Par 4 with the best view of any tee box on the course. Mount Baker is sometimes visible on a clear day, and the city view is even better than on 15. It’s best to end up on the left side of the fairway (there’s a bunker right front of the green), but anything that makes it around the corner is good. As with 15, deep hitters may want to avoid their driver as the combination of a dog leg left and fairway slanted to the right will get you into trouble.
