Hole 4 Discussion

The 4th hole at Harding Park is the #1 stroke index. A challenging par 5 is a large dogleg left. There is little benefit from cutting the corner, so it will play as a true three-shot par 5. The hole may challenge longer hitters especially, who may need to club down from driver as long tee shots may run into the rough, and even behind trees on the right side.

The second shot is fairly straightforward, with a slight downhill.

The approach to the green, again features twin bunkers guarding the green. Pins in the back position will add length to the hole, but may be easier to attack.
