The ninth is likely the most unique hole on the golf course. Players can lay up short to the fairway, or risk disaster trying to reach the lower level of the fairway with a long drive. Players with incredible accuracy off the tee could try to get over the ridge, but most players will need to lay up, and play a longer shot to the green than from the tee.
The gap between the two sections of fairway is a huge drop, and is effectively unplayable, so don't expect to roll down the hill.
The approach has red stakes along the left side, and a hill on the right. The green is narrow, and slopes mostly back-to-front, but players who get unlucky might kick into the bunker on the left side.
Two tiered hole with a lay-up tee shot of 200+/- yards towards the rocks in the middle of the fairway. Long second shot to a well-guarded green. Lateral water hazard on the entire left side through the green and the trees on the right.
