Hole 1 is a firm handshake. It’s a stout par 5 with enough room to swing away off the first tee.
From the tee, there is high-voltage power line along the right side, which leaves them open and free from trees. The left side is left isn’t completely open but there are no glaring hazards.
Going for it in two will be challenging if you can’t play to the green with a bit of leftward motion. Bunkers surround the green, anything off line will likely end up in them. Anything that runs through will likely push into the back bunker.
To play as a true par five, be sure to use the second shot to give yourself a wedge in. The bunkers are the most obvious threat, but any wedge will easily hold the green.
The green is fairly straight forward, be short of the pin to guarantee an uphill putt. No portion of the green is particularly tricky.
