The 17th is an uphill par 4 and is the only hole on the course without greenside bunkers. The tee shot plays uphill to a semi-blind ridge line, just past two fairway bunkers on the right. There is out-of-bounds along the left side.

The approach plays to a deep, narrow green. The area short of the green slopes rightward toward the 18th tees. Missing the green right is disaster, as the ground falls off steeply into a red penalty area. Far left of the green is out-of-bounds at the property line, but playing the approach carefully to this left side can safely kick the ball onto the green.

Once on the green, putting will be much less challenging than the previous couple of holes. The front slopes to the right, and the back of the green has some complexity, but in general, it should be fairly straightforward.
