Hole 4 Discussion

Big dogleg right, with tree trouble in play for those that take a brave line off the tee. Carrying the front fairway bunker or fading (RH golfer) off the distant fairway is the line to have any hope of being pin high in two, which is a rare but not impossible feat for the very long hitters. The fairway is huge if you have the courage to lay off and be sensible. Second shot is uphill but crests about 100 yards from the pin, making it a mostly blind second shot. Long green with a true trap short and right, and back left. Decently sloped green back-to-front allows for both accessible and challenging pin locations, but a fair scoring opportunity with good shots and putts. Second shot short-left of green is the best angle to any pin, if you can get there. Getting to 100 in 2 is the more common occurrence.
