The 12th is a shorter par 4. The main things to contend with are the fairway bunkers on the right, and a tree that blocks direct access to the right side of the fairway. Depending on pin placement, it may be advantageous to take these right-side bunkers on, but leaving the ball out left leaves a bit more safety, though the OB for the driving range is a concern.

The approach leaves the player quite a few bunkers to be concerned with.
