Hole 2 starts with a blind tee shot up over a ridge. The safest line is to aim slightly over the right hump, with more aggressive lines right of this. The starter may suggest a more aggressive line later in the season, as the right rough here can be okay to play from when it’s dry.

The approach here is complicated by the green. The player must be below the sharply sloping green, so the ideal miss is short right.
