Hole 12 Discussion

The 12th hole is a par 4 with a split fairway that leans left. The tee shot plays over a gap to a leftward sloping fairway. The approach plays down a steep hill to a punchbowl green.

Players have lots of options on this hole. One option is bomb a draw and try and run it down the hill. The next to play a controlled drive to get mid-iron in. Finally players can even play a wood or hybrid and take a long-iron in using the punchbowl to collect anything that misses the green.

The green is is a standard punchbowl, strong back-to-front, with two fronting bunkers. Get on in regulation and many players will have a chance at birdie.
