The 9th hole is the most challenging hole on the course. The green is obscured by the heavily forested creek that runs along the left of the fairway and players will need to make a layup shot to cross over the creek to the green that lies on the other side. A large tree and two bunkers lie at the back right of the fairway; a layup shot that lands just to the left of the bunkers, by the red marker, offers the best view of the green for crossing over the creek.
