#7 has the highest stroke index and for good reason. The hole is a slight dogleg left, with trees near the green that complicate access from a right side approach. The tee shot should be straight forward, and any wind should be helpful. The hole plays to a standard draw.
The approach shot is where things are complicated. The shot will likely be long, and green is tucked almost entirely behind a deep bunker. The is a second bunker well short of the green on the right side. The two bunkers create a serpentine fairway the green, so all direct access is blocked. Essentially, the shot must reach the green in the air.
Both shots must be played extremely effectively to have a chance at par here.
