Hole 1 is a straight forward par 4 with a slight dogleg right. It plays easier than the scorecard indicated 4 handicap; the fairway here is less narrow then other holes, but be careful not to push your drive into the unforgiving treeline on the right. Any shot close to 200 yds will put you in a great position for a short approach.

Two small bunkers protect the front left and right edge of the green. The green is small but rolling so be mindful when considering your chipping!
