The sixth is a mid-length par 3, that plays much shorter because it’s downhill. There are some quirks to this hole, so it’s not entirely straight forward. There are mounds on the right side of the green, and if the pin near them, the best miss will be away from the mounds. For example, with a close pin position, the mound on the front-right makes missing the green short-right disastrous. So, if you’re attacking the flag, make sure your miss won’t hurt you. There is also a large bowl on the left side of the green; it’s called the “chili bowl” by some members.
