Founded in 1907 on the grounds of Glenorchard Estate and designed by golf’s first superstar Harry Vardon (winner of the British Open a record six times), our exceptional parkland golf course is set in a beautiful location with vast open spaces, mature trees and abundant wildlife.

Nestled amongst beautiful rolling countryside between the East Dunbartonshire villages of Torrance and Baldernock, golfers enjoy uninterrupted views and a sense of tranquility that belies the fact you are just seven miles from Glasgow.

Our golf course is always in excellent condition, with sculpted fairways and beautifully manicured greens that have all recently been brought up to USGA specification, offering a highly enjoyable golfing experience for all standards of golfer.

It also boasts some of the best Par 3’s in Scotland, including our signature 16th hole.
