There are two sets of tee for #8, one at 96 yards, and a shorter set at 78 yards that plays closer length to the rest of the course. The hole from the back tees is a longer par 3. It plays strongly downhill to a large green. Out-of-bounds runs along the right side. The shorter set of tees plays from a better angle and should be a bit easier to manage for beginners.

The green is huge, and there is a grass bunker tucked below the left side of the green. The back of the green is fairly regular, but the front and right side are extremely challenging.

Pro-tip: this hole has the best views of downtown if you want to snap a picture.
